Batman - What does the future hold for the Dark knight?

I awoke this morning to news that after Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises, Warner Bros plan to do two things with the caped crusader.

1. They plan to reboot the Batman franchise with Nolan and his producer wife Emma Thomas to produce.
2. They plan to release a Justice League film in 2013 which would see Batman team up with other DC hero's such as Superman, Wonder Women and Flash.

A number of thoughts immediately pop into my head now. The main one is will the new Batman franchise be linked to the Justice League film? Would it be the same actor playing Batman? Then there is the question of the upcoming Superman film, directed by Zack Snyder and produced by Chris Nolan, will this be linked to the Justice League film? and again would it be the same actor playing The Man of Steel?

Now the comic book geek inside me is coming out.

Grayson as Batman
It is to my knowledge that it is actually Dick Grayson's Batman who joins the Justice League. Would this be true in the film? Are we going to have the first Batman film to feature Dick Grayson as Batman and not Bruce Wayne.

Personally I would like to see Dick Grayson's transformation into the bat, via been Robin to Bruce Wayne's Batman. But Can Robin work on screen? As proven by Chris O' Donnell in Batman Forever and Batman & Robin I safely think the answer is... no. Robin is a bit too camp to be a superhero.

Do I think Warner Bro's will introduce Dick Grayson as Batman? No.
It would confuse an already exsiting audience that are not comic book fans if Bruce Wayne was no longer Batman.

In the Batman reboot I would personally like to see David Tennant playing a smartly dressed Riddler as the main villain, but I have yet to think of a possible actor for the bat himself. As for the role of director would Warner Bro's go with a new up and coming director or hand it to a well established director such as Fincher or possibly Aronofsky?

I think that the new Batman franchise could be excellent with Nolan as producer but on the other hand (And it is a big but) It could all go horribly wrong for Batman.

As for the Justice League... Something tells me this film has been thought about because of al the positive vibes coming from Marvel's The Avengers which is currently filming.

One last note... I hope the studio's stop after a justice league film and we don't start seeing Marvel and DC cross over films.

Batman vs Iron Man for instance.
Superman saves america with the help of Captain America.

But who would win in a mass brawl between the Justice League and The Avengers....
